Oh, I have cards of Bryce Canyon – never thought of that for orange! The close-up of the lichen is interesting to see. Lovely story of the lanterns.

I like the Bryce Canyon one a lot. As much as I like lichen (and I do photographic a lot!), that one looked like some sort of food!

One low cost trip sounds tempting in Utah. Lichen are so fascinating and the Xanthoria family are so useful if one gets sucked into an A-Z challenge although I don’t blog enough to do one of those nowadays.
