“Music” is the theme for this week Sunday Stamps

Tomorrowland is a large-scale annual electronic dance music festival held in Boom, Belgium. Taking place within De Schorre provincial recreational park, it debuted in 2005, from an idea conceived by brothers Manu and Michiel Beers. Since then, Tomorrowland has become one of the best known music festivals in the world.

Imagine a band made of all these stamps! 😀

With this post that Tomorrowland Festival has gotten wider attention. What a feast of musical styles. I’m wondering how uncomfortable the fingering would be for that serpent. And, I did not know that mariachi included the violin.

I didn’t know either. So I searched and…. “The usual mariachi group today consists of as many as eight violins, two trumpets and at least one guitar, including a high-pitched vihuela and an acoustic bass guitar called a guitarrón, and all players taking turns singing lead and doing backup vocals.” 😳
