Russia – 2020 Sergei Yesenei (1896-1925) Poet. Sergei Alexandrovich Yesenin, sometimes spelled as Esenin, was a Russian lyric poet. He is one of the most popular and well-known Russian poets of the 20th century.
China – 2016 Ye Duzheng – Series: Chinese Scientists.
Ye Duzheng was a Chinese meteorologist and academician at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Born in 1916, Ye is considered the founder of Chinese atmospheric physics.
India – 2023 Pandit Jasraj Commemoration (1930- 2020). Pandit Jasraj was an Indian classical vocalist, belonging to the Mewati gharana. His musical career spanned 75 years, resulting in national and international fame, respect, and numerous major awards and accolades.
