Lake Palù is an alpine lake in Valmalenco, in the province of Sondrio, Northern Italy, at 1,925 m above sea level. It is located on a plateau surrounded by pine forests, north of the town of Chiesa in Valmalenco and south of Mount Sasso Nero. The lake is surrounded by imposing peaks and its basin derives from glacial excavation processes. The body of water, elongated from north to south, is one of the largest lakes in Valmalenco. In winter you can take advantage of the frozen surface to cross it from north to south.

That lone tree in the last one was a surprise! These are all lovely. I like the view of the first one with the ripples separating the reflection from the land. It really looks like it is floating. /violet
all your cards are lovely. The last one with the tree looks so peaceful

Really clear water in the two first postcards. I like the standing tree, too. From the Manhattan postcard, what attract me the most are the colours.

The clouds in the first give a nice icy feeling to the pristine lake. Lovely cards
