The writer explained that on every 30th of April witches always fly on their broomsticks on Brocken mountain, also sometimes referred to as the Blocksberg, the highest peak in the Harz mountain range and also the highest peak in Northern Germany.

That’s a very tempting place! Sun, and nice shady trees for when you get too hot. I like those swoops on it, very retro. Or, vintage.
