Sunday Stamps: Endangered Species

Russia – 2021 Europa Stamp -Endangered Animal: Leopard
USA -2023 Forever Endangered Species
This is the whole plate: I only have left the four in the photo above
The Netherlands – 2006 Indian Rhinoceros and Asian Elephant
Japan – Panda and cub (the International Union for Conservation of Nature  has changed the panda’s status on the Red List of Threatened Species to no longer endangered. The decision is a recognition of the hard work of the Chinese government, local communities, nature reserve staff and WWF over many years. But the panda’s long term future is not yet secure. The species is now reclassified as “vulnerable”)

  1. I like your selection. My favourite stamps here are those from the Netherlands. That country always issues beautiful animal stamps!

    I didn’t know the Brachiosaurus is a endangered species in Hong Kong 😉
